    • Claims costs were reduced by 28%
    • Physician visits declined by 17%
    • Hospital admissions declined by 63%
    • Disability costs reduced by 34%
    • Incidence of injury declined by 25%
  • “Workplace physical activity programs can reduce sick leave by up to 32% and increase productivity by up to 52%.” [2]
  • Spending just $10 per person per year on chronic disease prevention programs would save the U.S. more than $16 billion within 5 years. [1]
  • For every dollar spent on proven prevention programs, the U.S. health care system would save $0.96 in the first two years, $5.60 after 5 years, and $6.20 after 10-20 years. [1]
  • The Wellness Councils of America reported a $24 return for every $1 spent on a company wellness program for small businesses.
