I want to thank you for the Innate Lifestyle Program.

While I am in it for the long haul, in just two short months of adding the healthy behaviors of this program, I have experienced some wonderful changes.
-
The most obvious to me and others is my new calm demeanor. I now am able to handle life’s ups and downs without frustration, anger or comfort foods. Situations that once would have “set me off” are now just part of the ebb and flow of the day. This has allowed me to be closer and more relaxed with those around me.

Another great change is my weight and associated symptoms.I have dropped 21 pounds from the combination of eating better and doing some moderate exercise. My previous diet was causing so much inflammation, that I had rather severe pitting edema in my legs. Today I have zero swelling and can readily see the veins in my feet again. I can only imagine the stress this was putting on my heart and vascular system.

I also have gained energy and the desire to do healthy behaviors. Eating fruit and vegetables used to be far down the list of desirable foods. Now my body craves these foods naturally like never before. Exercise used to be an event that I just detested. Now I look forward to my walks and the simple exercises recommended in the program.

The one improvement that I value the most, is that I just like myself better. I see these changes in my life as a way to gain some control over what seemed uncontrollable.
