Dr. Joe Kelley, Wellness Lifestyle Coach

Dr. Joe has dedicated the last 19 years to studying human physiology and wellness, and to helping the community reach their maximum health potential. For the past 7 years, he has had the honor of studying directly under Dr. James Chestnut, founder of the Innate Lifestyle Program, and had the opportunity to attend Dr. Chestnut’s first Lifestyle Implementation Camp in Victoria, B.C. in 2008. Dr. Joe has given numerous talks on nutrition, stress, public health, philosophy and wellness to community groups, hospitals, corporations, moms groups, and colleges. As a doctor of chiropractic, Dr. Joe has the academic background and quality experience that makes him an incredibly rich resource, but his kindness, approachability, and character make him a wonderful coach. Dr. Joe is a husband, father, sports fan, and proud Seattle native.

Yohko Kelley, Wellness Lifestyle Coach

Yohko started her journey more focused on the “move-well” side of things; as a collegiate athlete, volleyball coach, and a kickboxing instructor, she had a good understanding of what it takes to keep a body in shape. However, the birth of her first daughter 8 years ago opened her eyes to the innate intelligence of the human body, and the importance of taking care of yourself as a whole. Since then, Yohko has dedicated herself to absorbing as much information as she can about health and well-being. Yohko has completed two rounds of intensive training sessions with the founder of the Eat Well – Move Well – Think Well Lifestyle program, and combines this with her passion for healthy cooking, organic vegetable gardening, yoga, and meditation. Yohko brings this broad knowledge as well as an educational background from Cornell and Stanford Universities to the LiveWell USA team.
